Nano-Structured Coatings Company in Iran Nano2024 Exhibition
In the opening ceremony of the 15th Iran Nano and Micro Exhibition, with the presence of the Secretary of the Nano and Micro Headquarters, top export companies active in the field of nanotechnology were honored in three main categories, including export value, technology complexity, and export destinations. According to the index of the diversity of export destinations, Nano-Structured Coatings (NSC) Company won the first place among the companies exporting nano-related products and was ranked third in the technology complexity index.
NSC products provide the possibility of creating thin layers with a thickness of a few nanometers utilizing physical vapor deposition (PVD) method in its versatile products, employing sputtering, thermal evaporation, and pulsed laser deposition techniques.
NSC low and high vacuum sputter coaters, carbon coaters, and high vacuum thermal evaporators are typically used in numerous research projects or to create conductive thin film for the preparation of electron microscope samples in research centers and universities around the world.
Also, the DST3-T triple-cathode sputtering deposition system with thermal evaporation, and DST2-TG double-cathode sputtering with thermal evaporation for glovebox mounting are suitable for advanced complex research projects in various fields such as micro and nano-electronic devices, superconductors, solar cells, thin film sensors, batteries, supercapacitors, alloying etc.
